Family Picture

Hi! We are Mary Amelia and Damon Wofford.  Both from Jackson, Mississippi, we have been actively involved in Jackson real estate since opening our property management company in 2006 followed by our full service real estate brokerage in 2011. We have loved managing residential investment properties around the Metro area as well as helping our clients buy and sell both investments and personal residences. While business in Jackson continues as usual, we look forward to also sharing our love and knowledge of real estate on the Gulf Coast with our clients.

The Gulf Coast has long held a special place in our hearts.  Spending family Easters at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, AL, and summers on Perdido Key and 30A, we knew we’d want to spend as much of our adult lives as possible on the coast when not in Jackson.  In 2013 we found our little slice of paradise on Perdido Key, and have relished living the salt life ever since.  For us, the laid back vibe of Perdido Key, our long-time love of the area, and its closer proximity to Jackson made it the perfect fit. The scenery, fishing, bike trails, boating, incredible restaurants, and live music scene are just a few of the highlights of Perdido, but we feel equally as passionate about the beauty and outdoor living opportunities of all of the coastal towns of Alabama and the Florida panhandle.

Mary Amelia holds a degree in Kinesiology and Biological Sciences from Mississippi State University, and got into real estate investing and flipping houses while studying at UMMC working towards her doctorate. One house-flip was all it took for her to change career paths and never look back.  She has been renovating, designing, and flipping homes ever since as well as building her personal rental portfolio and managing vacation rentals.

Damon holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Mississippi, and is a licensed real estate broker in three states (AL, FL, and MS).  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as both state and local levels in all locations he holds licensing. Sitting as treasurer for many years on the board of his Florida-based HOA has given him insight into the inner workings of owning/purchasing both condos as well as single-family dwellings on the gulf coast.
